At Least It's Buckled Up!

John here~ So I'm walking out of Kwik Trip in Onalaska this morning on my way to work, and saw this big Teddy Bear sitting in the back seat of this car. I guess I'm glad the owner had the sense to make sure it was wearing it's seat belt. I'm sure there's a story behind why it was belted in, but I'd rather hear what you have to say: What do you think the story behind this cute fella is?
